Seven Wicked Spirits + Chamber of Angels

What happens if I my opponent has Chamber of Angels out and I block a rescue attempt with Seven Wicked Spirits and switch for my Assyrian Archer?  Since I am interrupting Chamber's ability to be set aside, are the angels technically in my territory throughout the duration of the 7WS's interrupt ability?  Thus, would Archer be able to snipe one before it before it returns to set aside, thus killing the Angel for good?

Chamber of Angels - "Set this fortress aside. If holder's angel is being discarded, place it here instead. After two turns, return Hero to the top of your draw pile."

Seven Wicked Spirits - "You may interrupt all Fortresses and exchange this Evil Character with any other Evil Character in play or set-aside area."

Assyrian Archer - "You may discard a Hero in a territory. If you do, discard this Evil Character after battle. May band to an Assyrian."

I don't think SWS would kick them back to territory, but I wonder if you could use his ability to interrupt chamber, and snipe an angel that is already in their territory before chamber's ability returns.

I think that the "set aside" part of CoA's ability is only a 1-time event that happens when you first put the fortress in play.  Therefore, interrupting CoA would not return it to play.

In addition, I think that SWS's own ability targets fortresses that ARE in play, and therefore, wouldn't do anything to CoA to begin with.

You can snipe an angel in territory and it would go to the discard pile. However any angels in chamber are set aside (no they do not return to territory from chamber) and therefore cannot be targeted by archers ability.

I concur with "the other Prof". If SWS could interrupt Chamber however, then switching for Archer and discarding an Angel already in a territory would make it go to the discard pile, since Chamber is still interrupted when the discard occurs.
