Regarding set-asides that are worded "Set hero aside..." - can they target any of my heroes, or do they have to target the hero I played it on?

I believe you can target any of your heroes. That's the way I've always played it.

I believe you can target any of your heroes. That's the way I've always played it.

I'm pretty sure this is correct, at least on set-asides played in territory.  I feel like I remember there being a distinction for set-asides in battle, but I'm not sure.

Red Wing is correct asked that question a week or two ago and that's the way it was ruled.
