My opponent plays provisions (doesn't matter on who). I play Thievery of Judas and discard provisions. Does the hero come back right when provisions is discarded, or just sit in set aside for the rest of the game because there is nothing to bring him back?


Thievery of Judas: If used by a N.T. human, each opponent must give you a card from hand or Artifact pile. You may discard a good Enhancement in play or set-aside.

Provisions: Set aside Hero for 2 turns. On return, holder may draw 2 cards, and hero gains the ability (for Hero’s next rescue attempt only) “Holder may choose the Evil Character opponent uses to block”.

Provisions sets aside for two turns.  The hero returns two turns after being set aside.

To elaborate on what Drrek said... the Hero is set aside because of Provisions special ability. Technically right after you play provisions its discarded... the only reason most players have the set aside card with the set aside hero is so you dont forget.

Okay, thought it would be like that but had to try. I am on a never-ending search for c-c-c-combos.
