Can my opponent use ashtaroth worship (discard a good enhancement or removed from the game all cards in a discard pile) to discard and enhancement in my store house?

Also does it work against Warrior Class Heroes?

Yes, since enhancements in Storehouse are in play, Ash Worship could target those.

If for the second question you mean can it discard weapons, yes it can also target weapons being held by Warrior Class Heroes.
