Will this card protect from Angel of the Lord?

Type: Evil Enh. • Brigade: Gray • Ability: 0 / 6 • Class: None • Special Ability: Interrupt the battle and reveal a good card in your hand to protect your Pharisees and Scribes from special abilities on good cards. Cannot be prevented.

I'd think so but it wouldn't interrupt the dom.

Correct. So if you play that card, then Angel of the Lord won't discard your Pharisee or Scribe. However, if AotL is played first, you can't play that in response to it.
