If Tribal Elder bands Aaron into battle who bands Miriam into battle can they make a rescue attempt on a blue site? I know that Tribal Elder has access to the site, but can Aaron and Miriam just "tag along" and come with him? Thank you.

Ok so as long as one hero taking part in the rescue attempt has access to the site you can band in people of a different brigade. Thank you.

Actually, you can band in whomever you like regardless of site access. The only thing that changes is whether it's a Rescue Attempt or a Battle Challenge.
