Was using my White NT Females deck last night, and played "Consider the Lillies", which allows me to search for a NT White enhancement (if I'm remembering right). What if I had wanted "A Child is Born Promo"? Seems almost obvious it is NT, but you could make a good case from the book of Isaiah too. Are you not allowed to search for these kinds of cards, or is there a list somewhere of all the promos without Scripture reference noting which testament they are from?
Thanks!

The REG lists the verses for most cards with a special ability, even if the cards themselves don't say the verse. Your best bet is to check there.

A Child is Born
Type: Hero Enh. • Brigade: White • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: Discard all Demons in Play. Cannot be interrupted, negated, or prevented. • Errata: Discard all Demons in Play. Cannot be negated. • Identifiers: None • Verse: Luke 2:7 • Availability: Promotional cards (2002 Regional Tournament)
so yes, you can lilies it.

How many other cards like this (without a verse) are there? We're going to be hosting/judging tournaments this year and I'd like to be prepared for all possibilities. The link to the REG is somewhat helpful, but I wouldn't know the first thing about what to look for next to find all of these.

There aren't very many. I think Emperor Augustus is another one. I would think that they are obvious, and yes, the obvious answer is the answer in these cases.
-
Another one is Nero, but like YMT said, the obvious answer is normally correct.
-
Nero's not a promo, he just has a Josephus reference (which is considered NT).
-
Wait, a Josephus reference is considered NT? I always thought it was something that required further identification to determine testament. Does that make Antiochus an OT hero with a NT reference?
-
Josephus can be either OT or NT. In the current card pool all Josephus cards except Antiochus are NT.

..... which brings us back to the obvious answer being the correct answer.... ;)
