does the anti-draw LS prevent consider the lilies from working?

I'm not 100% certain, but I believe "add to hand" abilities (of which some search cards like Lilies fall under) are not the same as draw abilities.

 +1 Searching is different from drawing. Therefore, Consider the Lillies would still work.
