Haman's Gallows allows you to remove it from the game instead of tearing it. Additionally, if you're playing in a casual game, and your opponent is generous, he might allow you to simply remove it. In tournament play however, you must tear it. Other than RTS, Angry Mob must be spun (the only time I ever used it - during a Booster Draft - I had to throw it in the air slightly or it wouldn't spin properly).
