Ignoring brigade differences, what would happen if Samson Promo played Testimony?

Type: Hero Enh. • Brigade: Blue • Ability: * / * • Class: None • Special Ability: Selected Hero gains 7 ability points to be distributed as holder chooses until Hero is discarded. Distribution must be announced when played. • Errata: (Treat special ability as an identifier.) • Identifiers: None • Verse: II Kings 11:12 • Availability: Kings booster packs (Common)

Samson (P)
Type: Hero Char. • Brigade: Yellow • Ability: 12 / 6 • Class: None • Special Ability: All good gold enhancements without special abilities double in value unless a female Evil Character is in battle. • Identifiers: OT Male Human, Judge, Fought Earthly Battle • Verse: Judges 14:5-6 • Availability: Promotional cards (2002 Local Tournament)

+1 to warrior.

And, even if you were able to get the testimony converted to gold, it doesn't have numbers, and the identifier doesn't give it numbers. so it would still only be 7 points distributed.
