Can the new "miraculous Handkerchiefs" (TEC phase 2) protect a LS from a site?

Sites are neutral cards, so no, it is still protected, so sites like Hormah would still under deck the lost soul.

For reference, Miraculous Handkerchiefs says "Protect Lost Souls from evil cards...." so yirgogo is correct that Handkerchiefs does not protect from Sites.

Oh, ok. I thought that TEC would have more powerful LS. :(
