Is the evil Spawn from the D deck a demom?

Also I played wrestling with God which lets me search through opponents discard pile and select one good enhancement and add it to my hand. If I select Covenant of Noah which is an blue enhancement and a artifact can I use it as an artifact?

I have a friend that is hard-headed and doesn't believe that it's does, anyone else think different can you verify it here for me just so I have a couple people backing me? Thanks

Evil Spawn is a demon.  The REG has a list of all demons:

Wrestling With God targets a Good Enhancement in opponent's discard pile.  Covenants are targetable as Good Enhancements when they are in a discard pile, as the REG also confirms:

A Covenant is both a good Enhancement and an Artifact, and can be targeted as either (in
hand, deck, or discard pile)...
