Are they immune to Paul? He is blue, and he is green, and he is red. So wouldn't that mean that all of them are immune to paul?

They are immune to paul's numbers and that color ON paul. E.g.
Blocked by bear paul could play say a child is born to kill bear but not freedom!

Sounds to me, like you would have to discard an evil character to play them....maybe I am misunderstanding the first part of their ability.

Currently, you have to be immune to all of their to be immune to a multicolor character, so they're not immune to Paul, just what RR said.

You have to discard if there's a character from the specified culture in play. There doesn't have to be one in play to use the demon in battle.

I was wondering about that. Okay... so now that you said that, here's the real reason for the thread.... assuming RR is right, and you are immune to that brigade, like freedom, then what about if you block Michael with prince of Tryus. He is immune to silver brigade, not silver heroes. Therefore, he isn't immune to michael, but he would be immune to victory, a silver card that isn't michael, gabriel, or captain of the host. Is this a possible loophole?

All angels are Silver Brigade Heroes, therefore if you are immune to the Silver Brigade, you are immune to Silver Brigade characters and enhancements.

Oh, I see what you're saying. I'm actually not quite sure what the correct answer is.

Prince of Tyrus - Special Ability: Immune to silver brigade, except Michael, Gabriel, and Captain of the Host. Cannot be prevented by a Hero.

I think that heroes is implied, since "except" limits which heroes he is immune to. In other words, I'm pretty sure that he is not immune to enhancements used by Michael.

Mr. Diablo is correct. Immunity to a brigade means immunity to characters and enhancements (and covenants/curses). Prince of Tyrus is immune to enhancements played on Michael.

Well then, if you're correct, Red Dragon is not immune to freedom played on let's say Gad. Just like there's prince not immune to michael but still immune to his enhancement, then Red Dragon in the EXACT same instance would not be immune to enhancements played on humans. This is what I'm saying, this just doesn't seem right.

But I guess in the situation with Prince of Tyrus, he is still immune to silver enhancements. Just not Michael.

So... Prince of Tyrus can ONLY be affected by Mike, Gabe, and CotH's numbers and SA's, but nothing else silver?

Who said they had to be inverse? Mary Magdalene is immune to demon-related enhancements. Lazarus can use off-color converts, but if you're immune to blue/green/gold, he can't use a blue/green/gold convert on you.

Also, inverse is the wrong manipulation, since a statement being true does not imply that the inverse is true.

not immune to heroes=may still be immune to their enhancements

immune to hero=immune to their enhancements

Is this right? Seems just kind of weird....

That's how I understand it.

This situation with Michael/Prince of Tyrus seems weird because it's not partial immunity to a brigade, but I believe it's the only such situation in the game. Should Lazarus be able to use a gold convert against someone immune to gold?
