I'm 98.4% sure the deck owner chooses.
wheres a elder when you need 1
So the owner of the Revealer chooses? or the owner of the cards being placed under the deck chooses?
dang. I am batting like .045 in ruling questions...

So if I reveal your cards, I place your cards, and therefore I get to choose the order.

However, the Revealer says that "each opponent must reveal," so the owner of the Revealer is not doing the revealing, therefore they are not doing the placing either.
The person who does the revealing chooses the order. This was explained by Gabe a few months ago. For the Revealer LS, your opponent chooses the order, but for a card like Seeker of the Lost, the owner of Seeker chooses the order.
