1.  great multitude is being killed and has SI, can you play a dominate to negate the card killing him?  what if i interrupted the battle to kill him, could he use his ability then to negate the card?

2.  for image of the beast, im assuming you get to chose a new target when you reactivate it each turn?  If i chose to negate it with 3woes, will it be negated on my opponents next prep phase saying they keep it active?

great multitude:  blah, blah, blah.  if you play a good dominate, you may negate and banish an evil enhancement

image of the beast:  negate a good or neutral card in play or set-aside.  cannot be interrupted

Thanks for posting abilities!  8)

Dominants are not allowed during SI. GM's ability won't help in that instance.

When a player chooses to keep an artifact active the SA reactivates. At that point IotB can be prevented by 3W or Golden Censor.
