REG Update? Demon Fortifying a Site Vs. Three Nails

I draw the Site Guard LS and place it in a site and place a Demon face down on that site.

Site Guard Lost Soul
Type: Lost Soul • Brigade: None • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: When you place this card in a Site, you may put an Evil Character face down from hand, The Darkness or Tartaros on that Site. During a rescue attempt at that Site, you may add that Character to the battle. • Identifiers: None • Verse: Psalms 35:20 •

2 turns later my opponent RAs at that site with Three Nails active in his territory. Can I block with the face down Demon from that site?

Three Nails
Type: Artifact • Brigade: None • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: No demon may block while this Artifact is in play. • Play As: All Heroes ignore demons. • Identifiers: None • Verse: Mark 15:24-25

REG - Fortify Site - Special Conditions
If a demon is placed on a site where access is possible while Three Nails is activated, the demon is prevented from being ignored and may not be banded into battle if a rescue attempt at that site is attempted.  However, once the demon has been on the site for one turn, its special ability to fortify the site cannot be negated on subsequent turns.  The demon can be banded even if Three Nails is activated on the later turns.

I'm just checking to make sure this hasn't changed.

Godspeed,
Mike

Hey,

I'm pretty sure it has changed.  That comment relates to when Three Nails was considered a prevent, thus once the character was on the site for a turn, the ability to bring it into battle was an ability gained on a previous turn thus couldn't be negated thus Three Nails as a prevent wouldn't stop it.

Three Nails was changed not to long ago from a prevent back to an ignore (as the play as currently indicates).  As an ignore a demon fortifying a site still cannot enter battle.

It only ignores demons in territory right? or would it work like a battle winner if I used meal in e?

Copy and Paste didn't translate the REG correctly.
Please re-read corrected Special Condition.

Meal at Emmaus to activate Three Nails while a demon is in battle would work as a battle winner.

It seems to me that after 1 turn, the Demon on the site can be banded into battle because the SA of fortify site is now CBN, eventhough Three Nails is ignoring him. At leat, that is how it seems to read. Any other thoughts, facts or data to say differently?

If Household Idols is active, Transfiguration still works because it can't be negated, but Elijah still can't be brought into battle because he's ignored.

I understand that, but I'm just quoting what the REG is saying about it.

Is this in error?

Does the REG need to be updated regarding this? It appears to go contrary to popular belief.

REG - Fortify Site - Special Conditions

Sorry about the double post, but is this absolutely correct? A demon fortifying a site can enter battle after it has been on the site for 1 turn, even if Three Nails is active? The REG is saying YES as of right now. Has this been changed and the REG not updated?

The REG is reflecting, as others have said, an older state of things wherein Three Nails was a prevent. Since its classification changed, this entry was not. CBN does not trump ignore. A "guarding" demon is still ignored (stopped from entering battle) by Three Nails.

That is what I thought, but the REG, as you can see by the quote, is showing Three Nails does initially ignore a Demon placed on the site the first turn, but not after that. I just concluded that since is prevented from being had been changed already in the REG, that eventhough Three Nails is an ignore rather than a prevent now, it was now some default condition of fortifying a site that allowed a demon to enter battle when Three Nails was activated.
An Official answer would be quite helpful on this, since we now have the Site Guard LS.
