Can you have two identical lost souls(with no special abilities) in a 56 card deck?

Yes. If the Lost Soul does not have a special ability you can use as many copies of that card as your required by the deck building rules (7 in a 50-56 card deck).

Hey,
Gabe is right for Type 1. For Type 2 you can only have 5 copies of any card and that includes generic lost souls
