Title: Refresher on placed cards
Post by: BubbleBoy on August 16, 2011, 04:31:48 PM
I can't remember what the exact rule is about placed cards following their "hosts".

If my opponent has characters in Tower of Thebez and I attack with a red Canaanite with Foreign Sword to place ToT on deck, do the characters in it also go on deck, or are they discarded?

If I have Wheel Within a Wheel on The Angel Under the Oak and I exchange for a character in my hand, does WWaW go to my hand as well? What if I exchange for a character in my deck?

Placed cards always follow their hosts by default, except in the case of sites and Lost Souls. So in scenario one, the Canaanites would go to top of deck, and in scenario 2, Wheel Within a Wheel would be returned to hand or deck respectively.

That's what I was thinking, but it seemed too good to be true. I'm loving Wheel Within a Wheel in my judges deck.
