Reassuring Angels cannot exchange for Judas Iscariot, correct? Or, if yes, would it convert him to a clay Hero?

"You may exchange this Hero for a Disciple in hand, deck, or discard pile. That Disciple gains clay brigade."

There is no convert ability, so Judas would remain an EC, and ECs cannot join the "Hero side" of the battle. So, no, he cannot  bring in Judas.
