Title: Rain Becomes Dust

When used in battle as an enhancement... would any cards that opponent drew in the current battle before "Rain Becomes Dust" was played... would they be revealed and discarded? Or... would this enhancement only apply to cards drawn after the enhancement was played?

RBD is an instead ability, and in order for an instead to work it must be active before the effect that it insteads.

So no, the previous draws would not be affected.
