Hmmph, I thought this was ruled oppositely before.
What I remember from the ruling was that the SA on a multicolor site supercedes the fact that it is multicolor (aka Limit Uses). However, if the SA is negated or the SA does not limit the uses (i.e. Dragon Raid), then the multicolor site icon gives unlimited access.
Although I am aware of Gabe's scenario, I still don't see this as a big deal since it would only work for one turn. If we're talking about recurring Centurion (and he is somehow the one that keeps getting removed from battle), then we're simply talking about a combo that needs work to make happen. Frankly, red brigade needs all the help it can get....
