If I have  John can I use my opponent's TGT?

actually, its if you have a redeemed lost soul, not the opponent. tgt is read from the holders perspective.

Really? That's cool. I didn't think of it that way. So what if you have TGT out and your opponent has TGT out and no redeemed soul? Does your TGT activate first or do they both activate?

In 2-player your TGT works for both players as long as your opponent has a Redeemed Soul, and their TGT would work for both players as long as you have a Redeemed Soul. If both players have TGT and at least 1 Redeemed Soul, either TGT works for both and having two active is just redundant.

In multiplayer your TGT only works for an opponent if they have a Redeemed Soul and are attacking you, and an opponent's TGT only works for you if you have a Redeemed Soul and are attacking the TGT owner.
