From the REG:

Connected with Demons
Mary Magdalene is immune to “all demon Evil Characters and enhancement cards connected with demons.”  The details of these two conditions are defined as follows:
See Demons for a list of demon Evil Characaters that apply to Mary Magdalene.
An enhancement is considered ‘Connected with Demons’ if it contains the word ‘Demon’ in the card title, depicts a demon in the card art, or refers to a demon in the special ability or scripture reference.  The following are evil enhancements connected with demons:
•      (Card Title): Cast out Demons, Deafening Spirit, Demonic Deception, Demonic Mist, Demonic Snare, Demons in Chains, Following Demons, Gathering of Demons, Habitation of Demons, Partners with Demons, Table of Demons, Two Possessed by Demons, and Worshipping Demons
•      (Special Ability): Banishment, Begging for Freedom, Blade of Death, Blast of Fire, Blood of the Lamb, Consumed by Wants, Defiant, Demonic Deception, Enticed, Evil Arises, Evil Strength, Fireball, Flying flames, Following Demons, Gathering of Demons, Habitation of Demons, Knocked to the Ground, Masquerading, Partners with Demons, Persistent Pestering, Possessed, Pride in the Flesh, Satan Released, Sword of the Rebellion, The Power of Death, Thorn in the Flesh, Twice Afflicted, Unaware, War in the Heavens, and Wings of Calamity
•      (Card Art): Ancient Evil, Angelic Rebellion, Blade of Death, Blast of Fire, Defiant, Demonic Deception, Demonic Mist, Devourer, Divination, Escape, Evil Advice, Evil Arises, Evil Armor (D Deck) or Evil Armor (Priests), Evil Fire, Evil Spirit, Evil Strength, Ferocious Attack, Fiery Darts, Fireball, Flight, Flying Flames, Fortify Site (Warriors), Gathering of Demons, Guards, Habitation of Demons, Intent to Kill, Knocked to the Ground, Land Made Waste, Masquerading, Mist, Number of the Beast, Oblivious, Outnumbered, Partners with Demons, Persistent Pestering, Pestilence, Possessed, Pushed Back, Rebellious, Retreat, Satan Released, Seeds of Doubt, Seeds of Rebellion, Separate Ways, Siege, Sinful Army, Sinful Kingdom, Sword of the Rebellion, Threatened Lives, Torment, Tormentors, Twice Afflicted, War in the Heavens, Wings of Calamity, Wounded, and Wrath of Satan
•      (Verse only): Boils, Goat with Horn, Pagan Sacrifices, Ram with Two Horns, and Sectarianism
Other Evil Characters ‘Connected with Demons’ may be referenced in the future. Non-demon Evil Characters that are connected with demons are:
•      Damsel with Spirit of Divination, Elymas (Bar-Jesus) the Sorcerer, Manasseh, Seven Sons of Sceva, Witch of Endor, Wizards, Workers with Familiar Spirits, and Worldly Woman

Destructive Sin neither fits that definition nor is found on that list, so would assume you could place it on Mary Magdalene, yes.

Did you mean Destructive Sin? (Deceptive Sin is gray brigade, not orange)

I would assume Mary would be immune to all orange brigade enhancements by default while in battle, since all orange brigade characters are demons (and if you're immune to a character you're immune to enhancements played by them as well). The only exception is if your non-demon gained the ability to play orange brigade cards during that battle. In that case, she wouldn't be immune to it based on the above REG quote.

If, however, you played Destructive Sin as a territory-class enhancement outside of battle, you could play it on her no matter what orange brigade character you have since her effect isn't active then.

Don't forget, a treacherous Herod or Damsel/Enchanter could play DS in battle.
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

The Bear is still a Demon.

... and a Beast, so my awesome Simon of Cyrene & Crossbeams of the Cross combo stops it. Woo-hoo!

Regarding this thread: Since we have a clearly defined definition of "connected with demons," I see no need to make the generalization that all orange brigade enhancements qualify, especially since there will likely be more multi-colored cards in future sets.
