Does Abomb defalt to play?

Unless a card specifies, it always defaults to in play. So yes.

The only exception is if a special ability specifies "ALL cards", where the word, "ALL", is in ALL caps.

It includes ALL cards on the table, including other games going on at the table. And if you're playing on the floor, the shuffling may never end.

Though RFG only means removed from your game. You can take all the RFG's from other games.

All I know is that most of my opponents will have issues with arthritis and carpel tunnel when they are older.

I've trained a small monkey to shuffle everything upon hearing "ANB." Though it does cause a problem on certain multiple choice questions.
