Some Questions about Red Brigade

1. The new card Ishmaiah. What is the order of his abilities? Does his band kick in first, and so he draws 2, or does he draw and then band?

2. Centurion at Capernium. He says, "negate special abilities on sites and evil characters, except banding and warrior class." So if there were to come a site that said "add an evil character to battle," would he negate that? I guess the question is, can sites have banding abilities? Just curious, I don't think there is a site that does this yet.
As a national champion, I support ReyZen deck pouches.

CARDS WITH MULTIPLE SPECIAL ABILITIES

When a single card has more than one special ability (including gained abilities), and an order is not specified, perform the abilities in this order:

1. First, complete all printed special abilities in the order written on the card EXCEPT those that add a character to the battle.

2. Then complete all gained abilities (gained in set-aside or on previous turn, etc.), EXCEPT those that add a character to the battle.

3. Then, complete all weapon abilities.

4. Then, complete banding abilities.

5. Last, complete choose blocker abilities.

So 1 is draw then band.

For 2, if it was just band, it should work.  It almost exists with TXP Kir, but requires a search which would be negated.
