Title: Questions on new Guardian of your souls

Hi everybody,

two questions on this new and greatly improved card:

• Does this guy trigger when opponent plays Burial on any LS? - I think so, just want to make sure since cards mentions "from play".
• When Guardian is triggered can I remove any Martyr from any territory (if not protected) or only from my own territory?

1) Yes
2) only yours. "In territory" means yours.
