Title: Question on Fool Lost Soul

If I make a RA, and my opponent defends, plays an EE, and I negate and discard that enhancement, and the EC than dies, and I get fool LS, are my rescuing hero(s) discarded?


Fool LS -When this lost soul is rescued, if you played an evil Enhancement during the battle, discard all rescuing Heroes.

Even though the enhancement was negated and discarded, the fact that it was played hasn't changed, so yes, the rescuing hero(s) would be discarded.
