Question concerning special abilities on card

Hello, I have couple of questions that would help me a lot :

When the card says, capture, discard or convert, and it's not specific to whom it capture, discard or convert, is it the person that played the card that choose who is capture, discard or convert ?
ex : Son of God (Rescue any lost soul in play)
ex : Cast out Demons (Discard a demon in play)

When I successfully do a rescue, is it me that choose the lost soul that is rescue or my opponent ?

"A card that would say : Negate all special abilities on characters and enhancements(except this ability) =  would be applied to current card played in field of battle and both player's territory ?
And then when this card is discard, the card that has been negated could now use the special abilities ?"
ex : Moses (Negate all special abilities on characters and enhancements(except this ability)

A card that would say : prevent all draw abilities, except on Heroes = the prevent would last until the card is discarded/rescued or until the turn is over ?
Ex : Lost soul (Prevent all draw abilities, except on Heroes)

An artifact that is activated and has no limit of use stays activated until it's negated, discarded or change for another artifact ?
ex : Hezekiah's signet ring (No opponent may search any draw pile or discard pile)

If an ability does not specify which player carries it out, the player that currently controls it carries it out. That's usually the player that played the card.

The Lost Soul surrendered at the end of the battle is chosen by the blocking player, unless playing with Rescuer's Choice.

A "negate all" applies to all cards in battle and territory, including those that are played while it's active, unless it specifies it only negates the cards currently in play. Discarding a "negate all" without negating it does not end the negate, so cards do not activate.

It depends on what type of card it is - the Lost Souls would remain active until discarded/rescued, a Hero would only be active in battle (unless territory class), etc.

Correct. If discarded without being negated, the effect would continue until the end of that phase.
