1. Can an opponent play an "interrupt the battle card " or "negate an evil card or evil characters" enhancement if a hero was blocked by

Egyptian Warden SA: You may discard an evil gold enhancement from hand to capture a human hero in battle. and the blocker discarded a gold enhancement from hand and is capturing the last hero in battle?

yes, because it is removing them from the battle, and it can be interrupted.

I agree with Yirgogo, and would note that the enhancement discarded to cause the removal would be returned to opponent's hand.
