In short, yes (basically) based on what I think the intent of the question is.
However, if it says cannot be interrupted then it cannot be negated after it has already happened. If it says cannot be prevented then the ignore/protect/immune will still work even if something is trying to negate it before it is played.
I believe your question has more to do with whether something that is protected/immune/ignoring can be targeted by a negate. The character could not be targeted, but negated target the special ability rather than the character and therefore, yes they can be negated.
