Saul/Paul is NT. Cards that don't have references (like S/P or older promos, or cards with a Josephus reference) go by the time period they lived in (before Christ's time, or after). Thus S/P, John (P), and all of the Emperors are NT, while Esther (P), Samson (P) and Antiochus IV Epiphanes are all OT.
