Need an EC that is Territory class that acts like a combo of RBD and ANB. Call it Mammon. Every card drawn by Opponent discards a card off the bottom of opponent's deck. If he draws a fifth card in his turn shuffle all cards , punch an Alstead and start a new turn.  :o

Instead of changing the game rules, you could simply errata CoL to a 'one draw per turn', or other such similar limitation.
Life is what you make of it.

The current hand limit was supposed to be able to function as a draw limit as well but CoL circumvents this by playing TC enhancements which are immediately playable and continue to fuel the decks drawing. Hur + Gifts, Judges, and even Throne are fine without a draw limit in place so I don't think a draw limit would be good for the game. Also the unintentional consequences are huge. ANB would likely need another errata along with any other card that could draw more than the draw limit. So I don't think the draw limit would be worth it unless the elders were willing to make a massive change to the game and lots of consequences because of it. I don't think that is realistic. CoL is the problem so an errata to CoL to have a limit on the draw per turn, or a game limit on the number of enhancements that could be placed on a character in a turn would likely be better as it solves the issue with the problem card with less impact on the game as a whole. Also limiting the number of cards that could be drawn per turn would really suck in T2 since a large portion of games time out already.

However I do think that a draw limit as a special ability would be acceptable. We already have cards that can do similar things but a more persistent TC/Lost soul/Art/Fort version could give rise to some interesting strategies and offer a little more counter to speed decks. Not saying speed is a problem but rather I'm suggesting the more play style options the better.

Honestly I feel like making CoL’s Draw be a forced OPT is fine. I like the idea of limiting the number of placed Enhancements can be on a card, but I also don’t want it to be so few that like you can’t use the Armor of God or Fruit of the Spirit in 1 package.

I think 7-8 places should be fair.
They seem pretty lame as fighters maybe we should challenge them to a dance off or a redemption game
