Are the Prophets of Baal Babylonian?

And I was also wondering about Four Horns and Torn Mantle,

Four Horns
Crimson 0/0
No good banding cards may be played this turn, Any currently in play are discarded

Torn Mantle
Pale Green 0/0
No good banding cards may be played this turn, Any currently in play are discarded

Since Household Idols makes heros that can band have no effect would these two cards discard any heros that band?

Prophets of Baal would not be Babylonian. Baal was a Canaanite god, and the prophets would fit into a Canaanite or possibly Sidonian theme. (Canaanite defense as a new theme?)

I don't doubt that what DDiceRC has said is true and factual about baal, but pertaining to the crimson evil character with a reference from I Kings 18:26, these "prophets of baal" are most likely rebellious Israelites who've turned away from the Lord to chase after the false gods of other nations.

The wording says to discard all good banding cards in play. I see no reason this wouldn't work.

I've never thought about this before. Cards like this might actually be useful...
