Every time I think I know the answer to this, I end up second guessing myself during tournaments:

Can Abram or David (Red) use Promised Land without limit?

Promised Land (Pa)

Type: Site • Brigade: Multicolor • Ability: None • Class: None • Special Ability: Hero gains access to any site. Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joshua, and King David may use Promised Land without limit. May only be used twice by other Heroes, then it must be discarded. • Identifiers: Canaan • Verse: Joshua 1:2-3 • Availability: Patriarchs booster packs (Rare)

David (red or green) cannot use Promised Land more than twice. I'm not sure about Abram.

It says Abraham, so do would not think that Abram would be able to use it.
