I just wanted to make sure, but a card like namaans slave girl, who can convert an it ec in territory, can the be in any territory since it doesn't specify?  I feel like I should know this by now but with wordings becoming more condensed in recent sets I just wanted to make sure I was reading it correctly

Whenever it says “in territory” that means your territory. If it was referring to an opponent’s territory it would say “an opponent’s territory.” It it was referring to any territory it would read “a territory.”
