Priests Questions.

Zadok Anoints Solomon: S/A If used by tabernacle Priest, search deck of an OT good card with a different brigade other than Teal.

Can I search for good Arts and Doms with this card?

Covenant with Levi: S/A Your Priests have access to all sites. If your Priests rescues a lost soul from a site, you may place an evil character or enhancement beneath owner's draw pile

Can I put a discarded enhancement beneath my draw pile?

Zadok: Artifacts and Dominants don't have brigades, so I would think not since the card says "with a brigade". I do, however, think you could search for a non-Teal Covenant.

Levi: Since it doesn't specify, the default place for the EC/EE to be is in play, and your discard pile is not in play.

browarod is correct on all accounts, but I'm not sure about the covenant question.  That is a topic in debate, but I think you can get a covenant.

Artifacts and Dominants don't have brigades,

I'm assuming the same is true for forts?

correct.  Forts are either good or evil, but they don't have brigades.

There should be no reason you couldn't get a covenant. It's targeting an OT good card with a brigade that's not teal. Covenants are good cards, if it's not teal and is OT you could get it.

Also, no matter what you couldn't grab an Artifact. On top of not having a brigade, Artifacts are neutral (same with Sites and Lost Souls).

Levi: Since it doesn't specify, the default place for the EC/EE to be is in play, and your discard pile is not in play.

To further the Zadok question, Arts, LS's and Sites are neutral cards so while a site may have a good brigade color, it would also not be eligible for Zadok.  Covenants, Enhancements, Heros and Dominants could be searched for, supposing that they fulfill the OT requirement and brigade other than Teal.

Dominants don't have a brigade, so they couldn't be searched (same with fortresses)

That's kind of what I was thinking. Forts (like goshen) are multi colored because all brigades can use it.. right?

They just have the icon box colors because they look cool.  Dominants don't have a brigade.  (See the evil dominants -- they don't use the color of evil multicolor cards.)

Go look at a dominant again.  They aren't.

No.  The "multi graphic" is only used to show that the fort is good or evil.  Dominants, artifacts (except covs and curses), and forts do NOT have brigades.

They have an alignment, but NO brigades.

I looked in the REG, and they are listed as having No Brigade.

This card keeps getting more and more useless.

No. Having no brigade would not satisfy the "with a brigade" requirement.
