Title: Prevent?

Say if my opponent plays premptive strike or defends with King Cushan Rishathaim (the syrian guy), could you interrupt that ability with a negate or with interrupt battle winner or are they prevented. The negate and battle winners can be negated.

King Cushan Rishathaim  8/8 Grey
Prevent the special ability on the next evil enhancement opponent plays this battle.

The negate or interrupt card would be prevented, unless they are Cannot be Negated or Cannot be Prevented.

only a CBN or CBP enhancment would work *instaposted*
