Just wanted to make sure of these before I go to Nats.
For purposes of King David (and other anti/pro-royalty cards), are the demon kings/princes (King of Tyrus, Prince of the Air, etc.) considered royalty?
Is Book Of the Covenant OK in a Tabernacle?
Are the Greek doms technically considered different cards, and therefore you can have the Greeks and the regulars in the same deck? (Don't answer that one, I already know ;D)

King David specifies "Royal Family." Demons do not have families. Any cards referring only to "Royalty" or "King" or anything like that can refer to qualified Demons.
BotC is indeed Tabernacle.

One more. Can I deactivate a Covenant on BotC? Just making absolutely certain. ;)
-
I don't know that you can "deactivate" a Cov on BoC since the ability only talks about activating, but there's no reason you couldn't choose to not activate that one on BoC again during your artifact activation phase when BoC reactivates, which would be the same end result.

Deactive covs/curses/arts go back to the artifact pile.
