We have an existing ruling that a card is either CBN or not CBN when played and it can't change thereafter right?
So Wheel within a Wheel is played on Angel under the Oak in territory, searches for Michael and places Wheel on Michael. Wheel did not have CBN status when played so if Michael attacks with Wheel on him I could block with King of Tyrus to negate Wheel and then play Christian Martyr on Michael right?
