Playtester Question for a Texp Card (nothing is spoiled)

For the Play testers out there, I was wondering about the card (the)GoH (dig through your sheet for that 3 word evil card)

Is there any stipulation on the first clause/sentence or can you do it as many times as you want whenever you want?

They are not legal in any category but Booster Draft as far as I know.

Just remember that there's a cost to be paid, and every time you use the card and it doesn't give you what you need, it stings you.

I'm sure people will come up with ways to mitigate/minimize that effect, I in fact just thought of a pretty good way to exploit it as I was typing this, but generally speaking, I believe the balance is there.

By abused, I mean.... we might start seeing 1,000 card type 2 or even, gasp, type 1 decks : -P

We might start seeing 100 legions in battles now

HAHAHA, I love those cards. Best way to use them is this.

Put 4 in a 56 card deck... you're very likely to draw at least two. Then, your opponent gets to go first and draws captian, he thinks he's got you pwnt... then you block with those, and he cant even SOG kill them. Good Fight capt, good fight.  ;D

GoH can be used as many times but is there really a strategy that can win with discarding your whole deck from the bottom up? I would love to see it if there is but it just doesnt seem like it would work.
