Hi there,

since we just stumbled across this: Is it possible to play Doms during PreGamePhase after Stars and Souls have been resolved?
E.g. to revert the effect a Covet LS might have provided?

The opening of the game only allows for players to draw cards and activate abilities that happen when those cards are drawn (stars and souls). There is no opportunity to play Dominants until the game has begun and it is the first player’s turn.

From the discussion on Discord it sounds like it was discovered that this clarification needs to be added to the REG, for anyone interested that might go looking for that.
