Well, your opponent would get to pick the ECs for that battle, then, since they control the side battle ability.
sorry guys...doesnt work.Even though your opponent is in control of the hero with the placed card on him, he is NOT in control of the placed card itself. When the placed card activates on the hero in battle its owner carries out the ability aka The Player who placed it.

When the placed card activates on the hero in battle its owner carries out the ability aka The Player who placed it. Why?Elishama the Priest (Pi)Type: Hero Char. • Brigade: Teal • Ability: 6 / 6 • Class: None • Special Ability: If Jehoshaphat is in play, you may place an O.T. Enhancement from hand or discard pile on a human Hero of matching brigade in your territory. The next time that Hero enters battle, that Enhancement activates and is discarded immediately. • Play As: If Jehoshaphat is in play, you may place an O.T. Enhancement from hand or discard pile [after a search] on a human Hero of matching brigade in your territory. The next time that Hero enters battle, that Enhancement activates and is discarded immediately. • Identifiers: OT Male Human, Solomon's Temple Priest • Verse: II Chronicles 17:8
Because then you could place ANB on the hero your opponent uses when you have Nazareth and Rain Becomes Dust in play... If they control the enhancement, then they basically lose.
