Title: Pigs, Boat

Pigs doesn't stop Fishing Boat's drawing, correct? I'm pretty sure it doesn't, but I just want to make sure.


Pigs: LS= Prevent drawing except on heroes or something to that effect.
Boat: Set Aside Fort= Do something or another to draw cards.

Right because pigs defaults to play.

Thanks. Second question: RBD does stop Boat, correct?

Unknown.  I've always played it like it has, but the drawing ability is activating outside "in play."  It comes down to if RBD targets the ability or the deck.

Yes. RBD says: "All cards opponent draws because of an ability used by that opponent...". So it targets the deck, and Boat is an ability used by an opponent. RBD does not target any cards with draw abilities, it just punishes the opponent (by targeting the deck) for using those abilities.
