Welcome to the Official Redemption® Message Board!
You can't play healing or TC enhancements, but you can still put stuff in Storehouse while DD is active, as well as place enhancements on characters with Agur and friends, although I don't think those enhancements actually activate unless an EC is in battle. As for weapons, I'm not sure, but I think you can still place them on heroes with DD active.

DD doesn't say "use" it says "play."
How does Darius' Decree affect 1) Weapons, 2) Storehouse bound enhancements, 3) Placing Enhancements in territory [i.e. Agur] and 4) healing enhancements outside of battle... (or is the evil character technically still in battle when you play a healing card?)
2 - DD stops players from putting enh into Storehouse.3 - DD stops characters from placing enhs outside of battle (ie. Agur).
Since I brought this up in a previous debate, how does Wasting Disease work against Storehouse? If I play WD Before an opponent plays storehouse, and then they play it, does SH ever activate? Fortresses are ongoing abilities correct? Would they ever get a chance to re-activate?Also, what happens if I play WD after storehouse has been played?
My question about Wasting Disease however... is how does a Prevent work against a fortress? Do I have to prevent SH before its played, or can I play Wasting Disease and prevent it AFTER SH has been played?

This question basically comes down to whether you can prevent a triggered effect after the original card has been activated. In other words, Storehouse activates as soon as you put it in play, but it doesn't actually allow you to put cards into it until your discard phase of each turn.
This issue is currently being discussed on the other side of the board, so I guess I can't answer this one until they figure that out over there.
