Title: philly outpost and hormah

so why doesnt this work again? as far as i can tell this should be a "do as much as you can" case.  philly outpost protects sites from being placed beneath deck, but not the contents of sites from being placed.  hormah places itself and contents beneath deck. philly outpost only stops the site for being underdecked, not its contents, so shouldnt the contents still go underdeck?

philly outpost=blah blah blah.  Protect sites from being placed under deck

hormah= if your human EC is discarded, place site and its contents beneath deck

I believe Hormah was given errata to say:

"If your human EC is discarded, place site beneath deck to place its contents beneath deck."

Yep, I was right.
