Is Philip the Evangelist a Samaritan? His identifier includes Samaria.

I dont think that he is. I think he was a missionary there, but I dont think he actually is a Samaritian. I could be wrong, though.

The Samaria identifier means that he's part of the Samaria church. Presently that doesn't mean anything though as there are no cards that specifically interact with that church.
