3 questions about heal and CWD

Peter: Once per round you may heal another clay hero ,

Peace: Toss all enhancements that are played this battle.

1. If a clay hero (7/7) was in battle with peace placed on them and an EC in battle already played a few enhancements to decrease the clay hero down to 3/3 can Peter at anytime heal the Hero back up to full strength during that battle?

If so I am assuming that hero would still remain in battle?

Gamaliel's Speech

You may discard this card to negate and discard the last enhancement played by an opponent or any other enhancement in play.

Well reopened: draw a card (rest of it does not matter)

2.  Can Gamaliel's speech negate and discard (assuming it was played in a territory already) , a Well reopened enhancement after it was played during the same phase that Well reopened was played in? (example prep phase)

Covenant with Death.

Negate Characters. Restrict players from playing enhancements unless a character is opposed in battle CBN.

3. Does CWD stop any of the following abilites from activating?

-Good Weapon class enhancements that were held by a WC Hero when they enter battle.

-Any placed on enhancement (that were placed before CWD was active) special abilities like any of the Armor of god or Fruit of the Spirit enhancements when a hero with any of those enhancements enters battle?

-Already placed in a territory enhancements (abilities that you can activate anytime to do this effect etc) like Gamaliel's Speech or Lifting the Curse?

1. No

Quote from: REG
A character is "healable” if it was discarded earlier in the same turn, is poisoned, is diseased, or is paralyzed. If no more specific requirement is specified, targets must be “healable”.

Simply being decreased is not a "healable" condition.

2. Yes, because it can negate the last played enhancement by an opponent.  So long as it was the last played, and you are in the same phase, it can negate it.

3. Good Weapons are restricted, because play for enhancements is defined as being activated for their ability.  I'm not sure how it works with placed enhancements.

I believe placed enhancements would work since they have already been played and are waiting for the "enter battle" clause to trigger the rest of the abilities.

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?

Agree with a combination of the posts of Drrek and Guardian.  To clarify the last point, cards are "played" when you are trying to activate their ability.  Weapons activate when they hit battle, so they are played at that time (and restricted).  Placed enhancements have ongoing effects that were already activated, they are just triggering or continuing, not activating when placed in battle, so they were "played" previously.
