Can i play passover preparations on my red hero but set aside angel at bethesda? also, i saw that kerith ravine says set aside enhancements work here, does that also apply to chamber of angels, because it is a set aside fortress?

1. Yes, but good luck finding a way for it to be worth it in T1

2. Fortresses are not Enhancements, not that the same Hero could be in both fortresses anyway.
