Is it that PC/H interrupts, and PAB is CBN?

I think enhancements activate before banding and choose the blocker abilities, but come after all other character abilities... I'm still a little uncertain on the "order of operations" for special abilities in battle.

I can't recite the order of operations verbatim, but I know that character abilities take place before weapons in all cases except banding and CtB. PAB is neither, so he takes place first.
