no. Your means Owner and Controller.
This is the way Lackey gave it to me. All hail the power of Lackey!

Somewhat related, what about for the purposes of Punisher lost soul? Does the Punisher count the brigades of Stalked heroes? Banded heroes from your territory?

It depends on the wording for all of those situations. Anytime a card says "your", "opponent's", "holder's", or similar words, it depends on both ownership and control.

Punisher says "Negate Hero special abilities of any opponent with more than three good brigades in play."  I assume that an opponent does not "have" a selected good brigade if he/she does not both own and control a character with it?

Me personally, I think "with" should just imply control, not ownership and control.  But every other card that I ever thought should only imply "control" was ruled to mean "ownership and control".

Is there even one card in Redemption that implies "control" but not "ownership" without using the word "control" explicitly?  That would make these rulings so much easier, because I don't know if there is one.

There's several cards from the 2011 set that use the "control" language.

Have you checked the REG?
Have you looked it up in ORCID?

I remember when Angel Wars came out and I would have The Name of the Lord down and block you with my KingRehoboam and take your hero i took control of and put it in my fortress...Didn't last long.
1408   awTheNameoftheLord   The Name of the Lord   -   Proverbs 18:10   Multi   F   Set this fortress aside. If you have initiative, you may interrupt the battle and place your Hero on this fortress. Hero is protected from effect. Each time you rescue a Lost Soul, return one Hero to your territory. This fortress is protected from discard.   (can u guess where I got this?)

Cards like Ehud (the newer one) target cards in opponent's territory.  That's one version of the wording that would imply "control" as opposed to "ownership and control".

So for Punisher, they must own and control the Hero to be counted as a brigade?

Yes.  Easiest way to do that would be conversion, as the card is still "theirs", but giving them control of your own hero would not count.

So, I think the answer is yes, but do you control opponent's heroes who you have in Raiders' Camp?

I'm fairly sure that you do control them (though as captured heroes, NOT as heroes).  At the very least, your opponent would not control them.
